Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum. We also ship to most countries worldwide for free.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my package?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Enter it on our order tracking page to see live shipping status.
Why didn't my order arrive in one package?
Our inventory is spread across multiple fulfillment centers, so orders with more than one item may ship separately. Don't worry if one item lands first — the rest is on the way. If anything is missing after a few days, contact us and we'll track it down.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@skullvibe.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it — no questions asked.
What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your gear isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details in our refund policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Amazon Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted (SSL) checkout, the same infrastructure used by millions of stores. We never see or store your card details.
