How do I determine the right size to order?
To find your ideal size, consult our SIZING CHART. If you're in between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Our jackets are manufactured based on international measurements and may run slightly smaller than what you're accustomed to. It's important to know that our jackets are labeled with International Sizes, not US Sizes. So, when you receive your jacket, the tag may display a different size, but this doesn't mean you received the wrong size. For instance, if you ordered a 2XL, the tag on the hacket might read 4XL. We've adjusted the size names to assist customers in selecting the correct size. To confirm that you received the right size, simply subtract 2 sizes from the size on the tag, and that will be the US Size equivalent to what you ordered.
How many heat settings and zones are there?
Our jackets offer 3 heat settings: low, medium, and high. There are 5 heat zones in total, with one in the back neck area, one on the back, and one on each side of the jacket near the stomach.
How long does the jacket last on a single charge?
When using a 10,000 mAH external battery pack (the recommended battery), the jacket will provide heat for up to 12 hours on the low heat setting. However, if you opt for medium or high heat settings, or use a smaller power bank, the heating duration will be shorter, depending on these factors.
How do I operate the jacket? Do you provide instructions?
To use the vest, unzip the interior pocket and connect the USB cable to your power bank. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the jacket on or off. A flashing light indicates that it's heating up. To cycle through different heat settings, press the button once: white is for low heat, blue for medium, and red for high.
